Shipping
Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders under $100: Shipping costs will apply and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Options:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as public holidays, peak periods, or postal delays).
Authority to Leave:
By placing an order, you agree that parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. The Female Edit is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.
International Shipping:
We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If for any reason you don’t, you may request a return within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase, provided:

Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging/boxes.

You have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, ingestible products, or personal care items unless faulty.
How to Return
Email us at support@thefemaleedit.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the items.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account once processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can organise a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
