The Female Edit is an authorised Australian stockist of Kosi 360 wearable heat wrap.

I couldn’t help but wonder… why are we still juggling bulky heat packs when what we really need is hands-free emotional support for our bellies?

Meet Kosi, a 360-degree, hands-free wheat bag / heat pack that wraps around your torso and stays put, so you can actually get on with your day. Wear Kosi at home, at the office, or wherever the day takes you. Over your clothes, under your clothes, it's your call.

So if you’re searching for the wheat bag, heat pack, or period pain relief heat wrap that actually fits into real life, this might just be the one.

Kosi is filled with flaxseeds (yes, the good kind). Known for their soothing, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving properties, they deliver deep, comforting heat with the faintest earthy scent.

Because size does matter 😉

Kosi is designed to wrap, stretch and move with you.

2XS – S: 106cm x 25cm
Best suited for waist measurements up to 90cm (generally a size small)

M – 2XL: 120cm x 20cm
Best suited for waist measurements up to 120cm

A few helpful things to know:

– Measurements are based on your waist, not your hips
– We recommend measuring the widest part of your tummy for the most comfortable fit
– Kosi is stretchy and will naturally relax and lengthen slightly over time
– If you're between sizes, always size up for maximum comfort and coverage

1. First things first, Kosi likes a little moisture. Wrap her in a damp towel before heating. Place your room-temperature wrap neatly in the centre of a clean microwave turntable, making sure it's not touching the sides. Turn off any fancy microwave settings (yes, including browning). And a firm boundary here: never heat Kosi in an oven or convection microwave, it's not her scene and it can cause burns or damage.

2. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds at 800W or 40 seconds at 1000W. Then flip her inside out and upside down, give her a good shake (she likes the attention), and heat for another 60 or 40 seconds. Reheating later? Add 15 seconds (800W) or 10 seconds (1000W) only. Total heating time should never exceed 180 seconds - even great relationships need limits.

3. Before wearing, always check the temperature. If any part feels too hot, let it cool. Knead and rotate the wrap to evenly distribute the heat and ensure comfort.
